A nickel? Or a dime?

This is how much sweet Bean thinks she is getting from the Tooth Fairy. See, she lost her very first tooth today at lunch. Then she really lost it and we had to sweep and search and rescue.

Her plan is to put it under her pillow with with a black sheet of construction paper under it so the Tooth Fairy can find it.

I am digging the nickel or dime part!

Happy Tuesday~

Dollar, schmoller....you and jaci got that when YALL were little...i'd think with inflation and all, its got to be worth 3 or 4 dollars a tooth now. Pay that poor girl what it's worth jamee...cough up the green. After all she went through to search for the lost tooth and all.

The kids at our house get $1 a tooth. Please don't go higher than that! Kids talk, you know!

Hey, if a dime is what she wants - give her that. Seriously. Money has little value to her right now and it'd be good to keep it that way for another year or two:-)
Love you,
Sarah

Way to go Bean!! I know she was so excited about that tooth being loose - the first tooth coming out is always exciting.

So she got 2 quarters, 2 dimes, 2 nickels and 2 pennies.

And she was so surprised she got more than one coin.....

What a girl!

we had some friends who used to leave coins from other countries... because you know, the tooth fairy does travel world wide... next time, give her a peso!

Oh that's great! I love all the change, does she have a piggy bank? I seem to remember something about one breaking...

I can't believe our babies are old enough to start loosing teeth! I'm already misty eyed about my oldest starting kindergarten in August!!! Luckily when we went to the dentist last, he said my oldest has a way to go before his teeth are ready to fall out ... he said boys usually take longer. Anyway, congratulations!!! :o)
