Reminds me of a funny story...the goat part...true story...mine...
We had just moved to "the country" from Houston. We had a phone line referred to as a "party line". It was basically several people sharing a phone line (like in a house, but between strangers' houses).
Somehow, lines must've gotten crossed, because my mom received a call in the middle of the night with a VERY angry country woman shouting into the phone...
"GIT YERR GOAT OUT OF MAH YARRRDDDD!"
HI-LARIOUS!!! We knew right there and then that we'd fit right in--ha ha!
