During our Thanksgiving meal we talked about songs we grew up listening to. My parents had eclectic taste and my husband-to-be was rather surprised during his first road trip with my family. Here are 10 songs I have to sing along with whenever I hear them:
*Paradise by the Dashboard Lights - Meatloaf
*Sylvia's Mother- Dr. Hook
*Nobody- Sylvia
*Margaritaville- Jimmy Buffet
*Friends in Low Places- Garth Brooks
*Common Man - John Conlee
*Ice, Ice Baby - Vanilla Ice
*Old Hippie - Bellamy Brothers
*You Look So Good in Love- George Strait
*Somebody Should Leave - Reba
What's on your list?
Happy Tuesday~

Definitely Ice Ice Baby too:-) In fact I'm singing it right now:-)
Wow! That's quite a list there my friend.
I have to admit though that while we were driving back from Dallas this weekend Sarah laughed at me for singing Mandy to her. I really don't blame her but it was funny. I wasn't really going to admit that but after thinking about it - it is kind of funny how songs we grow up with stay in our head no matter how long it has been since we've heard them. A little Barry Manilow goes a long way.
Your Nobody called today- she hung up when I asked her name and I wonder, does she think she's being clever *cleaver, naaa-aaa* You say Nobody's after you, but the fact is that what you say is true, but I can love you like Nobody can... even better :) LOVE IT!
