Dear Sarah-

Happy Birthday, love! I hope today is filled with sleep, words, friends and Pink Berry! I am thrilled that you are spending this birthday in L.A.! You are an amazing woman, living your dream. The dream you have held for many years.
Your drive and dedication is such an inspiration to me. The path to L.A. was not the fast track. It wasn't easy or smooth or quick. Yet, you remained faithful and perservered.
You have talent and you are working hard to get that recognized. Very few people are as brave as you are. You have known what you wanted and you have made wise decisions to get where you are!
I know that there have been times you have doubted yourself. Moments of desperation and worry. I think that all of those things have made you an even better writer. I can't wait to see the movie of your life. Who is gonna play me, again?
Continue on. Write every day and rewrite it again. Keep learning. Making friends. Serving lunch to the homeless. You are so in your element!
I love you, cousin. I am proud of you and mad to see you!
Happy Happy Birthday~

I think you all are so blessed to have each other!! I don't have many cousins first of all and we were never very close. We've had little to no contact as adults. Sad. I miss and long for that sense of family!
Happy birthday!
